He has partnered closely with leadership teams on enterprise-wide initiatives across performance, leadership development, employee relations, and organisational design, particularly in high-growth and high-change contexts.

An alumnus of SCMHRD, Aashay has previously held HR leadership roles at organizations such as ITC Ltd, GE, OYO, and Jubilant FoodWorks.
