With 18+ years B2B marketing, she leads PeopleStrong’s global brand, demand generation, and overall marketing strategy to accelerate growth & customer engagement as PeopleStrong continues its rapid growth across India, Asia, Middle East and emerging markets.
She joins from UiPath, where she headed marketing for India & SAARC, having been part of the company’s growth journey from its early high-growth phase to category leadership in the region. She played a pivotal role in strengthening brand positioning, driving integrated revenue-aligned marketing strategies, and scaling customer and community marketing programs that earned multiple industry recognitions and awards.
Prior to UiPath, Adishri has been a part of high-impact marketing teams for leading global technology companies like Oracle and IBM, across various marketing roles. Adishri believes the most effective marketing sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and measurable impact. She is seen as an industry thought leader and has engaged audiences on topics of marketing innovation, customer advocacy and leadership.
She holds an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and HR Development and has completed executive programs at the Indian School of Business and Columbia Business School. Passionate about women’s leadership and mentoring emerging talent, she is committed to nurturing inclusive, high- performing teams.
