Sandeep joined as the CEO in January 2020 and has passionately been working towards the growth and reach of our workplace technology across Asia Pacific.
Work Mode
He is a well-known business leader, advisor, educator and technology enthusiast. In a career spanning over two decades, he spent 17 years at Aon (formerly, Hewitt Associates) and was the CEO for their India & South Asia region and served on the Global Executive Committee of the company. In his consulting career he worked extensively with CEO, CHRO’s and boards to build and execute on a value creation plan focussed on Talent and Organisation transformation.
He has actively advised the Governments of India and Sri Lanka on HR initiatives, served for three years on the advisory board of the Centre of Corporate Governance & Citizenship at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and currently is an Independent Director at Burger King India.
Life Mode
Sandeep believes that practicing balance is a sure way to celebrate abundance in life and achieve more. When he is not on the corporate treadmill, he enjoys a generous dose of running, nature, friends, and beer. He admires the role of the Armed Forces in society and evangelizes the cause of veteran reintegration and their transition into meaningful corporate careers.
