Pankaj is an entrepreneur, who believes in the power of work capital i.e., deploying capital to give meaning and access to work.​

He currently serves as the Co-Founder and Group CEO of PeopleStrong, overseeing two independent businesses: PeopleStrong and Taggd. Recently he completed the divestiture of the Wheebox business, which was acquired by ETS, the world’s largest private nonprofit educational research and measurement organization, known for TOEFL, GRE, and TOEIC.​

Managing Partner at Caret Capital, a Venture Capital Fund with a primary focus on startups – powering new value chain of India.​

He also serves as the Founder Trustee of YouinYou, a charitable trust dedicated to delivering education to underprivileged children.​

Pankaj is an active board member of the Prime Minister’s KarmYogi Bharat initiative, actively collaborating with the Government of India to introduce capacity-building measures. He is also on the advisory board of Sunstone Eduversity. ​

Life Mode

Pankaj enjoys Urdu & Hindi poetry and writes with the alias ‘Zaahir’ that implies ‘expressed or reflected so is visible’. His quest to understand ‘work and yog’ through ancient Indian wisdom keeps him focused to decipher the spirit of life.
