Data Privacy is important to PeopleStrong Technologies Pvt Ltd. (hereafter referred as PeopleStrong) which includes PeopleStrong, and its affiliates. This Privacy Statement describes the information we collect about you as a visitor to www.peoplestrong.com or other PeopleStrong websites that link to this Privacy Statement, how PeopleStrong will use the information provided, and with whom we may share the information. The Statement describes your choices and rights related to the information that is provided to or collected by PeopleStrong. This Privacy Policy also explains the choices you have in relation to these processing activities. If you are a user of the PeopleStrong, your use of PeopleStrong services is governed by your organization’s policies. PeopleStrong can process information about you collected both offline and online.
Online Information about you originates from your activities on our sites for example subscription, your interaction with PeopleStrong via email, telephone etc. Information about you may also be provided by third party sources, such as data aggregators who may not have a relationship with you.

How do we use your personal information
If you get in touch with us (such as by submitting contact forms on our sites, attending PeopleStrong events or other occasions, sending an email or by visiting social media platforms), we process information about you to communicate with you and to respond to your requests or other inquiries. If you subscribe to our updates, we process information about you to administer your subscription (including the renewal process).
PeopleStrong may use information about you to notify you about new product releases and service developments, events, alerts, updates, prices, terms, special offers and associated campaigns and promotions (including via newsletters). If you attend an event, PeopleStrong may process information about you gathered in relation to the event and can share information about your attendance with your company.
If you place an order for our products and services, or if you provide services to PeopleStrong, our employees, customers or partners as a supplier or business partner, PeopleStrong processes information about you to engage in and administer the relevant transactions (such as by sending invoices and making payments), administer your order, and help you get started and adopt our products and services.
We may process personal information in order to analyze, develop, improve and optimize the use, function and performance of our sites and products and services, as well as marketing and sales campaigns. In case the sites permit you to participate in interactive discussions, create a profile, post comments, opportunities or other content, or communicate directly with another user or otherwise engage in networking activities, PeopleStrong may process personal information when moderating these activities.
We may collect site use data for security and operations management to help keep our sites, networks and systems secure, or to investigate and prevent potential fraud, including ad fraud and cyber-attacks and to detect bots.

PeopleStrong may share information with PeopleStrong Alt affiliates, and third-party service providers or vendors contracted to provide services on our behalf. These third-party service providers or vendors may use information we provide to them only as instructed by PeopleStrong.
PeopleStrong may offer the following solely or jointly with third parties or partners: webinars, events, whitepaper downloads, or other services related to PeopleStrong Alt offerings or services. We may share your contact information and interests in these offerings or services with these approved third parties to communicate with you about PeopleStrong.
When you attend an event (either sponsored by PeopleStrong or one where PeopleStrong is a participating vendor) and have your badge scanned, your information will be shared with PeopleStrong Alt, as well as with any partner or third party participating in that event, and potentially with the entity sponsoring your attendance at the event. For example, if your badge is scanned as you attend a session at a PeopleStrong Alt-sponsored conference, PeopleStrong and any co-presenters will have access to that information to understand who was in attendance, and potentially follow up with you on relevant products or services. If you do not want your information shared with PeopleStrong or partners in this manner, do not have your badge scanned. If your badged is scanned by a partner or a third party at an event, your information will be governed by that party’s privacy statement.
PeopleStrong may disclose information if we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal processes; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) enforce the website Terms and Conditions; and/or (d) act to protect the interests of our users or others.
If PeopleStrong goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personal information may be among the assets transferred.
Do Not Track
Without a common industry or legal standard for interpreting Do Not Track (DNT) signals, PeopleStrong does not respond to browser DNT signals. We will continue to monitor further development of a DNT standard by the privacy community and industry.
Global Privacy Consideration
Personal information collected by PeopleStrong may be stored and processed in the India or in any other country where PeopleStrong or its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers maintain facilities. When you provide personal information to PeopleStrong, you consent to the processing and transfer of your information within the India and around the world. PeopleStrong Alt privacy practices, described in this Privacy Statement, comply with the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (“APEC”) Cross-Border Privacy Rules (“CBPR”) System. The APEC CBPR system provides a framework for organizations to ensure protection of personal information transferred among participating APEC economies.

PeopleStrong has implemented appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, as well as all other forms of unlawful processing.

The PeopleStrong Alt Cloud Platform allows partners and developers to build applications independent of PeopleStrong Alt. Before using these applications, please review the relevant privacy statement and terms of service.
When you are using a PeopleStrong Alt mobile application, PeopleStrong Alt may obtain information from or access data stored on your device, to provide services related to the relevant mobile application. PeopleStrong Alt uses this information to deliver requested application services, to continue to improve our mobile applications, and to facilitate event participation, such as providing event schedules and the opportunity to connect with event attendees. For example, when you are using a PeopleStrong Alt mobile application, we may access your camera to allow you to upload photographs to the mobile service; access your calendar, social media, and contact information to allow you to interact with other event attendees; or access the geographic location of your device to enable you to identify nearby contacts. PeopleStrong Alt may also collect information from your usage of the mobile application to improve events and services, communicate with you about the event and relevant products and services, and for security purposes.
You may configure PeopleStrong Alt mobile applications, and this configuration will affect how information from your device is accessed and obtained in the mobile application.

We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Statement at any time. Changes to the Privacy Statement will be posted on this website and links to the Privacy Statement will indicate that the statement has been changed or updated.
