PeopleStrong is delighted to be a part of the annual HR Technology Conference & Expo in Las Vegas. It is one of largest conferences in the HR space that give a platform to showcase the latest and greatest technologies and innovations. Between the keynotes and the expo, it is great to meet many like-minded individuals who share the same goal as us.

After a grand opening the previous day, the second day saw a lot of exciting conversations and sessions at #HRTechConf.

Here are the key highlights we wanted to share from Day 2:

Insightful sessions

Drawing heavily on Google’s history of innovation, Laszlo Bock, former SVP of People Operations, Google/Alphabet, spoke on the crucial role HR and HR IT leaders play in building organizations that are able to innovate in many ways. He also explored the specific skill sets and tools these leaders will need in order to get workers to embrace this new mind-set and turn it into reality.

Another interesting session was George LaRocque, Founder & Principal Analyst, HRWins along with a panel of top HR officers, spoke on the trends among the middle market employers. One of the interesting insights from the session was – with the changing app market and ‘mobile-first’ becoming the new mantra, the middle market employers are seeking a one-stop-solution with super solid APIS to support maximum possible integration.
