Awarded for its HR Outsourcing partnership with HCL Infosystems
Singapore 15th June, 2016. PeopleStrong and HCL Infosystems have been awarded the HRO Today APAC award for “Excellence in Business Partnership” in a power-packed award gala event held in Singapore today. This annual award recognizes business partnerships between HR technology or services providers and their customers that are not only crucial to business, but have also been able to make an inspirational impact by delivering business excellence. The HRO Today Services and Technology Association Awards are an aspiration for those in the HR industry globally – be it Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), North America (NA) or Asia-Pacific (APAC), and have been the highlight of the year for over a decade. The HRO Today Association selects an award theme every year, and the award criteria revolve around that theme. The theme of this year’s event was “Recognizing Excellence in HR”. In order to win this award, a relationship had to prove making an inspirational impact on a product, group, company, or even the industry at large. All nominees were asked to provide demonstrable evidence of how they garnered inspirational results.
The PeopleStrong- HCLI engagement for HR Transformation is more than two years old and it was recognized for the way a diverse workforce and complex operations spread across 20+ states India are being managed, at the same time delivering a superlative user experience and an exceptional business impact. The engagement covers multiple aspects of HR including Joining & Onboarding, Confirmation, Transfer & Relocation, Exit Management, HR Database Updation and HR Helpdesk & Payroll Management, which are being managed using PeopleStrong’s technology platform –PeopleStrong Alt. This relationship has been able to deliver business value to HCLI in terms of consistency, consolidation and standardization of HR processes, technology enablement, role enrichment of the HR team and improved employee experience.
