Measure Output On Effectiveness, Not Efficiency

The next journey for HR is to measure output on effectiveness and not only on efficiency. In the past few years, HR has focused on delivering value, but it needs to move towards outcome measures. There are many transactional tasks that HR should not be doing which will help them to focus more on metrics that directly contribute to business.
