History was made on the 25th of September 2020 as PeopleStrong went live with our first customer that is based in the Philippines – Inspiro.

Implementations kicked off in July 2020 and work happened immediately to collate and clean the data that was to be migrated from offline into Alt Recruit.
By moving into a structured recruitment system, Inspiro was also able to deploy the best practices embedded in the system to streamline their hiring process in the highly competitive ITeS industry.
The 2 months implementation cycle was made possible by working closely between PeopleStrong implementation team and Inspiro project committee through weekly and monthly governance meetings.
With Alt Recruit, 45 recruiters at Inspiro would be able to wean off their offline sourcing process as it became hard to maintain consistency across recruiters.
Salary fitment approval workflow helped to shorten the turnaround time between a candidate salary proposal and getting the necessary management approval.
Offer letter generation became automated and candidates (as well as vendors) are getting a better user experience with the platform.

With a single source of truth, source conflicts would not happen again and that also made online meeting scheduling with the interview panel a breeze.
All these will help to accelerate the process of hiring 2,500 to 3,000 new employees every month.
