The client team was falling short HR process standardization. They were facing several concerns in their existing HR systems that include manual & broken onborading process, no single HR technology platform for employee information & communication, delayed paperwork, no consistency with data, different MIS in different systems, inaccurate payroll processing, and so on.
The client had several key criteria that its new HR technology platform had to be a robust process of standardization and re-engineering, delivering end-to-end service and technology solutions that can be digitally implemented and offer high employee experience.
