Especially, in the past few months, the world has been abuzz with what or whatnot will be the future of work.

India’s largest automobile giant has trusted PeopleStrong to redesign it’s recruitment process and it shows in the numbers. With the help of PeopleStrong’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing Solutions, time to fill candidates has decreased from 106 days to almost half at 54 days.
Joining ratio has increased from 90% to 96% and candidates sitting for interviews has seen a substantial increase from 70% to 82%.
The Indian workforce is estimated to increase to approximately 600 million by year 2022 from the current 473 million. As the workforce will increase by about 27 percent during this period, the overall composition of unorganized sector and organized sector is likely to change from 92 percent and 8 percent today to 90 percent and 10 percent in 2022.

Since we met last, we have celebrated the most exciting “festival” season of HRTech (Tech HR’18), seen couple of billion dollars getting invested in HR Tech and a part of our fraternity even had a day named for them.
