According to Gartner, the average person will have more conversations with bots than with their spouse by 2020. This is made possible by a combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) improvements and better conversational interface. And I would argue that many of us just have shorter patience in general. In our tl;dr world, one second delay is an eternity too long to simply wait for a answer to a basic enquiry.

Accelerate your recruitment with these Alt Recruit features I think you’ll agree with me when I say: It’s REALLY hard to do recruiting these days. When I first started recruitment in 2004, a job advertisement could easily yield 30 to 50 good applicants. Employers could take the pick of the cherry at our own pace.
Recruitment will get an upgrade in 2020. Our engineers are hard at work putting the finishing touch to new features we are adding to Alt Recruit – the Applicant Tracking System that will accelerate your recruitment cycle. Combined with the pre-existing features, the new Alt Recruit will be a massive game changer for employers in the war for talents.
You can hire the best talents and lose them due to lack of engagement. Engaging with your people is key to driving morale and productivity within any organisations. In this post, I will share with you the upcoming Zippi features that revolutionise the way companies drive engagements and collaborations. Let’s jump in.
