He is tasked to drive thought leadership and be the voice of leading topics and mega trends in the technology that supports the Future of Work. He started his HR career in 2004 with the co-founding of his first business in recruitment. It went on to collect two HR Vendors of the Year award and led him to receiving SHRI HR Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013. He also pioneered YouTube videos to market the company (2 million views) and a marketing award at Global Recruiters event. Adrian exited the business in 2014 and went on to start (and exited) other business in career coaching and HR consultancy.
