HR solutions firm PeopleStrong has launched Jinie, a chatbot for the workplace. It is like an employee’s personal worklife assistant and can help solve any HR-related query. To apply for leave or manage any employee transaction, employees can talk to Jinie, who resides inside Alt Messenger, a PeopleStrong enterprise chat platform that is claimed to be more secure than WhatsApp.
Mumbai, Dec 7 (PTI) Human resources solutions and technology company PeopleStrong today launched chatbot Jinie, which aims to shift HR from a transactional interface with employees to a conversational interface that is engaging and impactful.
Jinie will be like an employees personal worklife assistant who can help in solving any HR related query, the company said in a release issued here.
