PeopleStrong was born when HR Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO) or HR outsourcing (HRO) was largely unknown in India. Concepts like HR Shared Services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing were considered operationally impossible and financially unviable as HR was largely treated as a cost centre. It is only through our sheer performance in cost and process efficiency, that we have been able to deliver to our clients in the last few years, that HR leaders and CEOs now see enough value in these concepts. Our conceptual understanding has always helped us to come up with lean HR processes which improve quality and reliability while reducing costs pertaining to that specific industry vertical. Our top management is well respected in HR space and are often invited to share their thoughts on hot issues facing HR today.

In year 2008, we envisaged the first ever India Attrition Study in partnership with our media partner Business Today, which is the largest selling business magazine in India. In 2010, we again partnered with Business Today along with Indicus Analytics for 'Best Companies to Work for' study. This study drastically overhauls the methodology used from such studies done earlier. Instead of employer driven route taken by most such studies, this study took an employee driven route. As the study had PAN INDIA reach, with large number of companies as part of the universe, it enabled us to pick out the best 25 companies and also sector specific companies, the first study to do so.
