last quarter has seen some great action at PeopleStrong. Business
growth in the 1st quarter of the new financial year has been robust. We
have added new clients and increased scope of service with many
existing clients. We have new advsiors and board members.Our team size
has been on a steady growth in line with our vision as well as growing

Working Women Survey
PeopleStrong conduted a survey of working women in association with Business Today. The
survey was an attempt to understand the working conditions of women
today in Corporate India. The results were interesting and insightful.
The trends show that Corporate India has taken some serious steps in
making their organisations women friendly. However, they are far from
being an "Equal Opportunities" providers for now.

Sumer Datta Joins the board of PeopleStrong
Sumer is
the founder of Aamoksh Leisure Living, a company that is foraying into
setting up retirement resorts in India to cater to the growing need for
elder care. He is a co-founder of Aspire Human Capital and serves on
many other boards.His many areas of specialisation include
compensation, consulting and has headed the Hewitt outsourcing
business for Asia Pacific untill 2007. He brings with him a rich
expereince of 19 years in the HR outsourcing field.

Sanjay Lakhotia is an HR consultant and brings with him a vast
