Greetings from PeopleStrong HR Services!
I welcome you to the first edition of the PeopleStrong Newsletter, scheduled for a quarterly release over email. This newsletter aims at keeping you updated with the latest at PeopleStrong.
The last quarter of the 2009-10 fiscal was very exciting for PeopleStrong, marking the celebrations of PeopleStrong’s completion of 50 months in HRO services. To add to that, the BT-Indicus-PeopleStrong 'Best Companies to Work for' study was released in the third week of January 2010.
From a business perspective, the market is seeing an increased level of interest in HRO services. PeopleStrong has acquired a number of clients in the last quarter and also a number of deals are nearing deal closures.

 The BT-Indicus-PeopleStrong Study on ‘Best Companies to Work for’ 2010 was published in the February 2010 edition of Business Today. This was the ninth annual study of ‘Best Companies to work for’. The study’s outcome was based on views of more than 8,500 respondents from over 1,000 organizations and across 800 locations.
This study drastically overhauled the methodology used previously for such projects. The study chose an employee driven route over an employer driven route. The synapse between the study’s model and its participants was a well structured and calibrated questionnaire, which ensured that the voice of employees across companies in India was captured and reproduced accurately.
The issue also featured an article from Pankaj Bansal, PeopleStrong’s Co-founder and CEO. In this article, Pankaj answered the five most critical questions regarding the human resource function in an organization. He threw light on the direction that the human resource department must take to ensure that an organization becomes a better place to work for.

| In January, 2010, PeopleStrong crossed one more important milestone. We competed 50 successful months of being in operation. The entire staff of PeopleStrong took part in a weeklong celebration filled with fun and frolic marking this important milestone for us.

B U S I N E S S O U T L O O K
| From the business point of view, Q4 2009-10 has been very good. All our business verticals have registered good growth. Virgin Mobile India has become our client for the HR Shared Services vertical. We will be servicing PAN India employees of VMI spread over more than 300 locations in India. We will also engage with one of the biggest private sector insurance company for HR Shares Services. For the RPO vertical, we have bagged contracts from Department of Information Technology (Government of India), and one of the biggest multinational organization in the BFSI sector. We have signed our biggest HR Process Consulting contract till date with of one of the India’s biggest business houses for designing their entire HR Process for more than 37,000 employees.
Overall, the last quarter was very good and the next quarter looks very promising as well. |

| | As PeopleStrong continues to grow and we add more clients and employees, we have acquired a new office at Infocity, Sector 34, Gurgaon. This facility will have a capacity of about 250 with multiple meeting rooms and a dedicated training Infrastructure. This facility will be state of art and will have the best in class IT and security infrastructure. We will be moving to this office in the first week of May, 2010. |
