Aadesh Goyal
Chairman
|
Aadesh Goyal is Chairman of PeopleStrong
HR Services. A renowned thought leader in HR, he is responsible
for guiding and steering PeopleStrong’s vision and mission of
growing into an Alma Mater institution in HRO and an organization
known for its meticulous business ethics.
Earlier,
Aadesh was the Centre Head, Gurgaon and Global Head of Human Resources with Aricent
(formerly Hughes Software Systems). He is also on the Board of Directors of Aricent. Before Aricent, Aadesh worked with Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) for 7 years.
Aadesh studied at Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, one of the top schools in India where he completed
his Engineering and Master of Management Studies program. Aadesh is a winner of several industry awards including the Top-5 CIO Award from the CIO Magazine and Outstanding HR Professional for the year 2002 from The National HRD Network. He is a frequent participant and speaker in industry and media forums.

Pankaj Bansal is
Chief Executive officer of PeopleStrong
HR Services.
As a CEO and Director at PeopleStrong,
Pankaj is responsible to plan and build a strong footprint in
India and international market. Pankaj is also responsible to
build strategic partnership and direct financial growth of
PeopleStrong. Pankaj as the founding CEO has been responsible for
overall Business growth of the organization since the inception in
2005.
Pankaj is also a Director at Withya Group where he heads the human
resource and is responsible for group strategy building.
Previously he co-founded Withya Direct, a silicon valley funded
company focusing on digital media market in India.
Earlier, he was with Flextronics Software Systems (erstwhile
Hughes Software Systems) as a part of founding team of Flextronics
BPO. He was responsible for various roles like e-learning,
Training, HR Systems and Processes (Automation), SAP–HR (ERP)
Implementation; Compensation.
Pankaj is also on the board of National HRD Network and is very
actively associated with the social sector and is a founding
member of ‘Beyond Business’. He has a Masters’ Degree in HR
Management from University of Pune and a Bachelors’ degree in
Entrepreneurship from Delhi University.

Shelly Singh
Vice President - Process Development |
Shelly Singh is cofounder and Vice President – Process Development
at PeopleStrong HR Services. As Vice
President – Process Development at PeopleStrong,
shelly is responsible for integrating the Business Plan of the
company with operational plan. She is also responsible for overall
Process Solution development and special Initiatives of PeopleStrong.
Her key areas of focus in this Fiscal are to sharpen the focus on
service line expansion, innovation in service delivery.
Earlier, Shelly has been associated with companies like Sony,
Flextronics (erstwhile Hughes) & Hewitt and has been instrumental
in setting up the HR processes, policies and rolling out end to
end implementation plans Previously, Shelly has also been a part
of a startup High end technology venture, where she was
instrumental in setting up the complete HR framework and putting
together the initial team. Her key areas of work have been OD and
compensation.
Also, Also, Shelly is actively associated with National HRD
Network and has been in executive team capacity. Shelly holds a
MBA in Human Resources & International Business from Narsee Monjee
University. |

Devashish Sharma
Vice President - Human Resources, Training & Quality |
Devashish Sharma is Vice President – Human Resources, Training and
Quality at People Strong HR Services.
As Vice President – HR, Training and Quality at People Strong,
Devashish is responsible for leading the team initiative on
developing and assimilating the corporate intellectual property
and quality roadmap, and delivering it effectively to People Strong’s
brain force – with an effort to enhance and optimize operational
excellence holistically within the organization. Outside this
capacity, he also leads the Strong™Engage
practice in the Operations Function that services the end customer
for payroll and benefits, HR helpdesk, on boarding programmes and
HR Shared Services.
Previously, he was COO and Head – Operations for JustFares India,
managing businesses for US based travel and e-commerce businesses.
Earlier, he worked with Lufthansa’s captive offshore unit, where
he was instrumental in transitioning the training function. He has
an in-depth experience in setup and successful running of
operational delivery centers. He has over 12 years of experience
in managing BPOs and associated domains and has managed over 200
people.
Devashish holds a Masters in Aviation Management from IATA’s
management institute in Geneva, Switzerland and a Bachelor of
Science degree from Delhi University.

Vishal Saha
Vice President - Technology

Vishal Saha is Vice President – Technology at People Strong
HR Services.
As Vice President – Technology at People Strong,
Vishal is responsible for providing leadership to company’s
technology strategy and aligning the same with the overall business
strategy. He spearheads the planning and execution of People Strong’s
Technology Platform & IT Infrastructure.
Vishal also heads – TalentPact Info Systems (a People Strong
subsidiary focused on developing innovative and nexgen products for
Talent maximization)
Earlier, he has worked with some large global corporations like IBM,
HCL Technologies & Mahindra-British Telecom. He has a rich
experience in developing & managing Technology solutions and has
architected several products in the ERP, Supply Chain & HR domains.
He has in-depth knowledge of Business Process Management & Business
Intelligence solutions.
Vishal holds a Bachelor degree in Technology from Indian Institute
of Technology, Delhi.

Arindam Chakraborty
Assistant Vice President - Operations

Arindam Chakraborty is Assistant Vice
President – Operations and Practice Head at People Strong
HR Services.
As Assistant Vice President – Operations at People Strong,
Arindam is responsible for end-to-end delivery and strategic growth
of Strong™Exit, exit process management
services vertical of People Strong. He
is involved in enhancing the operational model for existing clients
and is also working on defining product road map and its
implementation across his services vertical.
Earlier, he was with Nucleus Software as Head – HR operations and
has been a key member of the management team. At a strategic level
he has been involved in building HR function as a strategic business
partner for the organization. Previously he has worked on senior
management positions in organization like Keane, InterGlobe and IIS.
Arindam is also member on Board of HR News & Views an e-HR
newsletter. He’s is a regular visiting faculty at various Business
Schools namely, JIMS, BITS, INMANTEC, IP University, Dehradun
Institute of Technology and Roorkee College of Engineering.
Arindam has a Masters’ Degree in HR Management from University of
Pune. He has Honors’ degree in Mathematics from Delhi University
