Purpose: To decipher the compiled data from R&D and convert it to an information base for carrying out Process Engineering Design. Conceptualize suitable system/solution for various documents/issues in compilingthe BEP (Basic Engineering Package) for the assigned processes. Lead the team in commissioning the same.

Fluorine chemistry occupies a very significant position in the fields of Refrigerants, Pharmaceuticals and Agrochemicals Industries which are high growth sectors in India, as well as internationally. The company has taken a view to focus sharply on the high technology and complex chemistries which forms entry barriers to other Asian nations.

Two fully equipped R&D centres have been created during the years 2002-2004 at an investment of about US$ 2 million. One of the R&D centres is at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India and other at Chennai, India. We are investing further US$ 3 million in Capex to enhance our R&D facilities. We are developing processes for manufacture of new generation fluorocarbon Refrigerant Gases and Fluoro-organic Specialities. Processes developed in the R&D are further operated at Pilot plant level to collect the scale up data as well as for validation of the process.   • Monitor & review annual Plan progress in coordination with respective Project team members in consultation with President HR.

HR Initiatives

  • Design, administer & implement HR initiatives as per the Corporate Annual Plan.

Policies Review & Updation

  • Ensure the creation of new policies as per the Corporate Plan.
  • Ensure the review & updation of policies in order to match the oragnisational & people needs.

Performance Management System

  • Ensure the implementation of Mid year feedback process & annual DD mechanism for officers across Organization.
  • Market analysis for competitive compensation positioning.
  • Recommend Compensation proposal to HRWG & CLT in consultation with President HR.
  • Ensure the redressal of post DD HR issues in consultation with Business HR Heads & President HR.

Engagement Survey

  • Administer the survey with the help of inhouse taskforce or external agency.
  • Coordinate for Action Planning for improvement areas based on findings of survey.
  • Ensuring that Communication meetings take place for sharing the findings of survey & way forward.
  • Monitor the implementation plan by organising reviews with HRWG & CLT.

Recruitment of Band C & Above

  • Plan & manage the selection process.
  • Recommend candidates for finalisation to President HR & Business CEO/ Functional CEO.
  • Salary Negotiations & Finalisation of Offer.

Processes & Systems

  • Ensure the uniform implementation of existing corporate processes & systems by coordinating, facilitating and resolving related issues with HR team in Organization.
  • Ensure the availability of HRMIS in coordination with IT team (Technology centre at Chennai).
  • IT enablement & continuous improvement of systems to make them user friendly   

People Management

  • Guide, support & motivate team to achive the yearly targets by:
  • Clarifying role & responsibilities,
  • Providing training & developing required skills,
  • Giving feedback on strengths & improvements and recognising & rewarding them on time through formal systems like yearly evaluation process/ ARC system.
Position Specifications

Educational Qualification
(Minimal Required)

  • Professionally qualified MBA/ MSW/ MHROD. Having engineering qualification will be an advantage.

Duration & nature of past experience required
(Minimum Required)

  • Minimum 15-20 yrs. of experience in managing entire gamut of HR with atleast 2-3 years of experience in design & deilvery of training programmes.

32. PO Security

Education: Any graduate with relevant experience would do. Diploma/Degree/Certificate course in Security Management would be an added advantage
Yrs of Experience: 3-5 Years
Kind of Work Experience required: Experience into VIP/VVIP Security
Industry/Domain Knowledge: VIP/VVIP security Background preferably from an Army,SPG or BSF background with Basic Computer Knowledge of MS Word,MS Excel, Internet Specific Skills Required: Basic Computer skills

33. PO Catering

Kind of Work Experience required: Experience of handling catering services for a large scale event
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
Yrs of Experience: 3-5 Years
Industry/Domain Knowledge: Must be from a Hospitality background and must have handled catering for big events
Specific Skills Required: Catering Management, Catering Planning

34. PO Cleaning & waste management

Kind of Work Experience required: Experience of handling Housekeping,Soft services of a big scale campus preferably Malls, Big Corporate Campuses, Large Scale Events
Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Housekeeping Management or Any Graduate /Post graduate with relevant experience
Yrs of Experience: 3-5 Years
Industry/Domain Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of handling soft services for big campus, Knowledge of different kind of waste which can be produced in this kind of event, Waste disposable methods, Housekeeping services
Specific Skills Required: Housekeeping Management,Softservices Management, Waste Management

35. APO Ticketing

Kind of Work Experience required: Minimum 0-3 years of experience into Spectator's ticketing. Must have handled the Venue ticketing Operations for Large Events, Preferably international level.
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with relevant experience.
Industry/Domain Knowledge: Must be from a Spectator's ticketing background i.e., must have handled Must have handled the Venue ticketing Operations for Large Events
Specific Skills Required: Sales, Marketing, Brand Management, Spectator Ticketing

36. Director CGKMP

Kind of Work Experience required: At least 8-10 years of experience in handling Big Research Projects, Worked on Knowledge Management. Big time research work is required for this position. There are many things which will be a legacy that games will leave behind once they will finish. This candidate will be responsible to do research on what kind of legacy games will leave behind. How will it benefit the country and further host countries or next coming youth games etc.Will be responsible for Knowledge transfer, Knowledge Management
Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with relevant experience. Certificate Course/Diploma in Knowledge Management would be an advantage
Industry/Domain Knowledge: Can be from any industry but must have handled big research projects
