As CEO at PeopleStrong, Pankaj is responsible to plan and build a strong footprint in India and international market. Pankaj is also responsible for building strategic partnership and direct financial growth of PeopleStrong. Pankaj has been responsible for overall Business growth of the organization since the inception in Jan 2006.

Pankaj is also a Director (non – executive) at Withya Group. Previously he co-founded Withya Direct, a silicon valley funded company focusing on digital media market in India. Earlier, he was with Aricent (erstwhile Hughes Software Systems) as a part of founding team of its BPO division. He was responsible for various roles like e-learning, Training, HR Systems and Processes (Automation), SAP (ERP) implementation, Compensation etc.

Pankaj is the National Secretary of National HRD Network. Previously he was Vice President of National HRD Networks' Delhi Chapter. He is also an active board member of CII National Committee on Skills & Human Resources 2009 -10.

He has a Masters’ Degree in HR Management from University of Pune and a Bachelors’ degree in Entrepreneurship from Delhi University.

As Vice President, Shelly is responsible for integrating the Business Plan of the company with operational plan. She is also responsible for overall Process Solution development and special Initiatives of PeopleStrong. Her key areas of focus are to sharpen the focus on service line expansion, innovation in service delivery.

Earlier, Shelly has been associated with companies like Sony, Flextronics (erstwhile Hughes) & Hewitt and has been instrumental in setting up the HR processes, policies and rolling out end to end implementation plans.

Previously, Shelly has also been a part of a startup High end technology venture, where she was instrumental in setting up the complete HR framework and putting together the initial team. Her key areas of work have been OD and compensation.

Also, Shelly is actively associated with National HRD Network and has been in executive team capacity. Shelly holds a MBA in Human Resources & International Business from Narsee Monjee University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Arun is responsible for Strategic Financial Planning & Management at PeopleStrong. Arun, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has a varied experience of more than 20 years in guiding small to large corporations through critical stages of take-off, stabilization and consolidation. Prior to joining PeopleStrong, he was responsible for Business Finance function at Aricent Technologies (Holdings) Ltd, formerly Hughes Software Solutions.  During his 6 successful years of association with Aricent, he also led the Finance Operations for the company.

Prior to joining Aricent, Arun ran his own successful company as Chartered Accountant specialising in the fields of Internal Control Systems, Taxation and Company Law. He carries rich experience in guiding & supporting start-up companies.

Arun started his career in well known Indian Group of companies and became Head of Finance Department before quitting and starting his own practice.

As Vice President – Technology & Marketing at PeopleStrong, Vishal is responsible for providing leadership to company’s Technology & Marketing strategy and aligning the same with the overall business strategy. He spearheads the planning and execution of PeopleStrong’s Technology Platform & IT Infrastructure.

Earlier, he has worked with some large global corporations like IBM, HCL Technologies & Mahindra-British Telecom. He has a rich experience in developing & managing Technology solutions and has architected several products in the ERP, Supply Chain & HR domains.

He has in-depth knowledge of Business Process Management & Business Intelligence solutions and has a good understanding of IT infrastructure and Security

Vishal holds a Bachelor degree in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

As Vice President – Operations at PeopleStrong, Sangeeta is responsible for the entire Operations and Service Delivery for the Organization. She is also responsible for Client Relationship management with focus on building on the existing partnership and exploring expansion opportunities with them.

Sangeeta has a strong Operations background with over 13 years in the IT/ITES space. Previously Sangeeta has worked with various organizations like Citicorp, Genpact and keane and has been instrumental in setting up and building their delivery organizations. She has vast experience in managing multiple global clients across various verticals like International Recruitments, Retail, Healthcare, Insurance and Mortgage. Sangeeta is also a certified Green Belt & COPC certified in quality and has effectively managed various Quality projects for productivity gains & cost optimization.

Sangeeta has a diploma in Business management from IMT and has completed her Honors’ in Commerce from Delhi University.

Devashish heads the Human Resources and Training function at PeopleStrong. Prior to taking on this role, Devashish headed Operations at PeopleStrong since August 2006.

Previously, Devashish was Head – Operations for JustFares India, managing businesses for US based travel and e-commerce businesses. Earlier, he worked with Lufthansa’s captive offshore unit, where he was instrumental in transitioning the training function and customer loyalty program. He has over 15 years of experience in managing BPOs and associated domains and has managed over 200 people.

Devashish is an MBA in Human Resources from Narsee Monjee University. He also holds a Masters Diploma in Aviation Management from IATA's management institute in Geneva, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University.
