As CEO at PeopleStrong, Pankaj is responsible to plan and build a strong footprint in India and international market. Pankaj is also responsible for building strategic partnership and direct financial growth of PeopleStrong. Pankaj has been responsible for overall Business growth of the organization since the inception in Jan 2006.

Pankaj is also a Director (non - executive) at Withya Group. Previously he co-founded Withya Direct, a silicon valley funded company focusing on digital media market in India. Earlier, he was with Aricent (erstwhile Hughes Software Systems) as a part of founding team of its BPO division. He was responsible for various roles like e-learning, Training, HR Systems and Processes (Automation), SAP (ERP) implementation, Compensation etc.

Pankaj is on the national board of National HRD Network as the chairman of its young minds council where he is spearheading its web 2.0 initiative called HR Talks. Previously he was Vice President of National HRD Networks' Delhi Chapter. He is also an active board member of CII National Committee on Skills & Human Resources 2010 -10.

He has a Masters' Degree in HR Management from University of Pune and a Bachelors' degree in Entrepreneurship from Delhi University.

As Vice President – Process Development at PeopleStrong, Shelly is responsible for integrating the Business Plan of the company with operational plan. She is also responsible for overall Process Solution development and special Initiatives of PeopleStrong. Her key areas of focus in this fiscal are to sharpen the focus on service line expansion, innovation in service delivery.

Earlier, Shelly has been associated with companies like Sony, Flextronics (erstwhile Hughes) & Hewitt and has been instrumental in setting up the HR processes, policies and rolling out end to end implementation plans.

Previously, Shelly has also been a part of a startup High end technology venture, where she was instrumental in setting up the complete HR framework and putting together the initial team. Her key areas of work have been OD and compensation.

Also, Shelly is actively associated with National HRD Network and has been in executive team capacity. Shelly holds a MBA in Human Resources & International Business from Narsee Monjee University.

Devashish heads the Human Resources and Training function at PeopleStrong. Prior to taking on this role, Devashish headed Operations at PeopleStrong since August 2006.

Previously, Devashish was Head - Operations for JustFares India, managing businesses for US based travel and e-commerce businesses. Earlier, he worked with Lufthansa's captive offshore unit, where he was instrumental in transitioning the training function and customer loyalty program. He has over 15 years of experience in managing BPOs and associated domains and has managed over 200 people.

Devashish holds a Masters in Aviation Management from IATA's management institute in Geneva, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Science degree from Delhi University. He is also currently pursuing MBA in Human Resources from Narsee Monjee University.

As Vice President – Technology at PeopleStrong, Vishal is responsible for providing leadership to company’s Technology strategy and aligning the same with the overall business strategy. He spearheads the planning and execution of PeopleStrong’s Technology Platform & IT Infrastructure.

Earlier, he has worked with some large global corporations like IBM, HCL Technologies & Mahindra-British Telecom. He has a rich experience in developing & managing Technology solutions and has architected several products in the ERP, Supply Chain & HR domains.

Vishal holds a Bachelor degree in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Kiran currently spearheads the RPO division at PeopleStrong. He has been part of the co-founding team at PeopleStrong and ever since has managed multiple aspects of business including Transition / Business Development and Operations.

He started his career with Aricent Technologies (erstwhile Hughes Software System) in Corporate HR System and played a pivotal role in SAP implementations and other HRIT related initiatives across the group.

He is a dual graduate from IMM, New Delhi and holds a Masters in Business Administration from NMIMS, Mumbai

Rajesh is currently responsible for the Finance and Administration at PeopleStrong. An astute Chartered Accountant he keeps finance controls and compliances in line with the organizational vision and strategy.

He has previously worked with Withya Group in a similar capacity and has seen the successful transition of several start-ups within the Withya incubator. He has gained a deep insight of compliances while working with renowned management consultancies and KPO at the beginning of his career.

A graduate from Maharshi Dayanad University, Rohtak and a CA from ICAI, New Delhi, he specializes in ROC compliances, Financial reporting and planning as well as taxation.
