Pankaj is the Co-founder and CEO of PeopleStrong HR Services.

Pankaj is also a Director (non-executive) at Withya Group. Previously he co-founded Withya Direct, a silicon valley funded company focusing on digital media market in India. Earlier, he was with Aricent (erstwhile Hughes Software Systems) as a part of founding team of its BPO division. He was responsible for various roles like e-learning, Training, HR Systems and Processes (Automation), SAP (ERP) implementation, Compensation etc.

Pankaj is the National Secretary of National HRD Network. Previously he was Vice President of National HRD Networks' Delhi Chapter. He is also an active board member of CII National Committee on Skills & Human Resources 2009 -10.

Anthony Mazza functions as the Chief Operating Officer for AAA Global Ventures, LLC, a Chicago-area based venture capital firm. Mr. Mazza also currently serves as a Senior Managing Director at Watkins Consulting, Inc., a DC -based company. Mr. Mazza was the Founder, Equity partner, CEO and General Counsel for two software development and technical staff augmentation companies-Leading Edge Technologies and Strategic Edge Technologies

Mr. Mazza is a former New York City Social Worker and US Army Infantry Officer. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (1999) and he earned his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 1990. Mr. Mazza is a member of the bars of the State and Federal Courts in New York (1991) and the United States Supreme Court (2004). He also currently serves as an advisor to a non-profit re-employment program and is a Baseball Coach for the DC Little League.

Sandeep has over 25 years of multinational management experience in South Asia in services, hospitality and real estate industry. Currently, he is the chairman of Great Indian Restaurant Company. Previously he was Managing Director, Indian subcontinent and Indian Ocean countries of Yum! Restaurants International (formerly a part of PepsiCo Restaurants International).

Jim Miller is Managing Director of New High Assets Limited, an investment fund, and Vice Chairman of Shandong Shenghua Television Information Services Limited, a media data services company. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AaaHaa Media Ltd., an entertainment data and advertising services company focused on the China market. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer of DirecTouch Telecom, a Hong Kong wireless operator; VP of Strategic Planning at UTStarcom, Inc., a telecom equipment manufacturer; VP of Publishing at Consolidated Capital Companies, an investment services company; Director of the Software Entrepreneur Forum, a Silicon Valley professional organization; and Executive Director of the National Center for Financial Education, a 501(c)3 public interest organization. Dr. Miller, a Yale graduate with a PhD in Chinese from Princeton, formerly was Assistant Professor of Chinese and Comparative Literature at University of California, Berkeley.

Sumer Datta is the founder of Aamoksh Leisure Living, a company that is foraying into setting up retirement resorts in India to cater to the growing need for elder care. He is also on the Board of VLCC Health Care Limited and Mynd Solutions and co-founder of Aspire Human Capital.

Till July 2007, Sumer was with Hewitt Associates India Pvt. Ltd, where he was heading the Outsourcing business for Hewitt in the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to it, Sumer was the Country Manager for Hewitt's India operations. He was also part of the Asia Pacific Leadership Team, with responsibility for driving the strategic business direction of Hewitt in the region. In 1988, he co-founded Noble House, an HR Consulting outfit, which facilitated Hewitt's entry to the India market through a joint venture. Noble House later became a wholly owned subsidiary of Hewitt Associates.

His many areas of specialization include conducting consulting assignments on compensation strategy, Board of Directors' remuneration, equity-based incentives, implementation of business strategy, job evaluation, variable plan design, benefit design, organization restructuring, broad banding, HR strategy and top management search, among others.
